Terms & Conditions:
- You acknowledge that Microsoft may have in the past, or in the present or future, explore programs and ideas generated by employees or other outside sources that may resemble the materials in your Submission.
- You renounce and waive any claim that Microsoft, its officers, agents or employees misappropriated or unlawfully used any ideas or portions of your Submission in any future Microsoft products, services, programs or activities, other than an intentionally willful act by Microsoft, and release Microsoft from any and all liability for loss of or damage to your Submissions.
- You acknowledge and agree that: (a) your entitlement to any compensation is subject to the parties entering a written contract signed by both parties; and (b) Microsoft only has an obligation to get permission from you and compensate you for those portions of your Submission that are protected under copyright and other applicable laws.
- You understand that you will not be entitled to any compensation because of Microsoft’s use of such other similar or identical material that was independently created or may have come to Microsoft from other independent sources.
